NSW landfill’s will reach capacity in five years if nothing changes. Creating closed loop systems is one of the most impactful ways we can reduce our footprint. The concept of ‘waste’ just signifies that something hasn’t been looped back into its cycle. By this we mean, we can assure you that food is not waste. And there are solutions. That work.
By acknowledging the power of food and sharing knowledge, we can positively affect our local communities.
